Consultation

We will discuss your interests, trip expectations and overall details about your upcoming trip.

Travel Advice

We will discuss advice on accommodations, restaurants, travel insurance, packing tips, activities, transportation and much more.

Written Hour by Hour Itinerary

I will research and provide you with a custom, detailed hour-by-hour itinerary for you and your entire travel party for the length of your vacation. The itinerary will include recommendations for lodging, restaurants, activities, transportation and more. This will be very detailed with hyperlinks included for ease of use/reference during your vacation.

Reservations/Bookings

I will handle all reservations and bookings for your trip. Your written itinerary will include specific information regarding each reservation made. Examples of reservations include, but are not limited to: Hotels, Airbnbs, Rental Cars, Airline Tickets, Concert Tickets, Excursions, Activities, Other Transportation, Restaurant Reservations and much more.

Professional Planning Fees

You might be wondering, why are there fees involved? Short answer - I am worth it.

My expertise, knowledge and dedication to you as my client is VALUABLE. My certifications, trainings and investments in my business were not free. I value my time and energy. What I bring to the table is outstanding service; a professional, interactive itinerary designed just for you; a helping hand on your trip in time of need; a motivator to explore and see new places!

U.S. Based Trip (Domestic Travel)

Professional Planning Fee (Non-Refundable/Due within 30 days of travel/Based on Length of Trip):

  • $20/Day

Deposit - $75.00 - deducted from the final amount due

*For travel within 30 days, an additional fee will apply

International Trip

Professional Planning Fee (Non-Refundable/Due within 30 days of travel/Based on Length of Trip):

  • $30/Day

Deposit - $100.00 - deducted from the final amount due

Cruise Quote

If you book your cruise with me, you will receive all of my services complimentary. If planning a land portion, there may be an additional planning fee.

All-Inclusive Resort Quote

If you book your resort package with me, you will receive all of my services complimentary.
