If you’re too busy to plan your vacation, or you just want someone to take care of everything for you - you’re in the right place!

Our Professional Planning Services are for travelers that request a custom, detailed itinerary. This type of travel planning is tedious and requires multiple hours/days of research. Independent and self-guided travel typically includes multiple destinations, modes of transportation & tours/activities. Looking for a group trip? We can fix you up there too, just follow the steps outlined below!

Steps toward your dream vacation:

1. Let's get in touch and connect!

First, complete the Travel Interest Questionnaire, which will give me the information we need to get started. Next, you will be asked to schedule a travel chat. I feel this is very important so we can make sure we are a good fit for each other.

2. The planning process and trip design!

Based on our travel chat, I will work with my travel partners to build a proposal that I believe will be a great fit for you. You will have complete control and I will tailor your vacation to fit your interests and needs. During this process we will communicate via email mostly, but I will be available by text and chat as well.

3. Let's book it!

Once you have approved what we’ve created together, I will send you an invoice and we’ll book your travel - accommodations, transportation, insurance, activities and more. In most cases, a deposit is required, though in some cases (usually last-minute travel) you may need to pay the amount in full at the time of booking. All details will be provided prior to booking.

4. Managing trip details and building excitement!

Between booking your trip and your departure date, I will be working on your trip management which includes: final payments, detailed itinerary building, a packing list, document prep and more. During this time, I’ll remain in contact with you regarding payment reminders, miscellaneous reservations/bookings, flight updates, and more. As your trip approaches, we will get on one more final travel chat to discuss the itinerary, any questions you have and to make sure you're fully prepared for the fun that lies ahead!

5. It's time to hit the road and get in vaca mode!

Now it’s time to relax and enjoy your trip! Should you need any assistance during your trip - I’m only a text, call or an email away. I will be available to provide on-trip support for you while you are traveling - this is included in my professional planning fee.
