Depending on the type of vacation planning services rendered, Wanderful Travel Awaits may require an upfront Cost of Service deposit with our agency. Should the Passenger’s trip require this upfront payment, it will be discussed with you during your first consultation.

Cost of Service charges are always considered non-refundable and account for upgraded services rendered above and beyond itinerary planning.

All Wanderful Travel Awaits direct charges will be invoiced through our credit card processing platform and may be paid with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express unless special arrangements have been made.

Wanderful Travel Awaits accepts Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard for processing through our suppliers/vendors. Wanderful Travel Awaits holds reservations until “Deposit Due Date” indicated on your confirmation. If deposit/payment is not received by Wanderful Travel Awaits on or before the Deposit Due Date, reservations are automatically cancelled. Failure to remit payments on a timely basis will automatically put your booking at risk of cancellation. Please contact us immediately, and in advance of your payment due date, if you will be unable to meet this obligation. Without limitation, Passenger(s) voluntarily hold Wanderful Travel Awaits harmless for cancellation of any booking for either late payment or declination of a credit card.

We offer a payment plan option (the “Payment Plan Option”) that allows you to purchase certain Services and pay the total amount due through multiple payments over a specified amount of time. By selecting a Payment Plan Option, you agree to the Payment Plan Terms and Conditions. You must make payment for your arrangements in accordance with the instructions we give you. A non-refundable service fee is required upon registration. If we do not receive any payment due in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you in which case cancellation charges will apply. We reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving any reason and shall, in that event only, return any deposit or payment received.

Unless otherwise defined during the reservation process, final payment is due prior to departure or consumption according to each supplier’s (airline, hotel, cruise line, transfer company, sightseeing operators, and other travel service vendors) terms and conditions involved in your travel booking. If final and full payment is not received by the applicable due date, reservations are subject to cancellation and deposits shall be forfeited.

In some cases, there is NO REFUND once a booking is made and paid for. Your right to a refund if you change or cancel your travel plans is limited. All cancellation requests must be sent to Wanderful Travel Awaits in writing. As a result of cancellation, Wanderful Travel Awaits and third party supplier’s cancellation penalties will apply, which are detailed in your travel documentation and each supplier’s Web sites. Cancellation penalties are advised at time of booking and provided to you upon confirmation. If you have any questions, or any penalties are unclear, please contact your Wanderful Travel Awaits consultant. All cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card you authorized to pay for travel services, or deducted from the supplier’s refund.

It is the responsibility of each Customer to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), and all other documents required by applicable government regulations. When traveling domestically or internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that everyone carry at least two forms of acceptable identification in order to board a flight.

Wanderful Travel Awaits strongly recommends that you take into account that certain countries will not admit a passenger, if their passport expires within six (6) months of the date of entry. Non-United States citizens may require additional documentation. Children and infants also require all such travel documents. Minors traveling with one parent, and/or without both parents, may be stopped and not admitted, unless authenticated and verified consent forms are provided to the authorities.

You acknowledge any failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing Customer to miss flight(s), and subsequent scheduled travel bookings on cruises and tours. Check each supplier’s website to ensure you and all members in your travel group or party obtain and carry travel documentation required.

When you receive any and all travel documents, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to review and verify all information. Contact Wanderful Travel Awaits immediately if changes or corrections are required.

Each foreign country holds different views of past criminal offenses, whether within or outside of their boundaries. If you have a current or past offense, and you are unsure how the country you are traveling to (or through) views that offense, please contact that country directly for entry and exit requirements.

Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others. WANDERFUL TRAVEL AWAITS urges customers to remain informed on a daily basis as to current news events, as well as to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations.

The Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) is a free service provided by the U.S. Government to U.S. citizens who are traveling to, or living in, a foreign country. STEP allows you to enter information about your upcoming trip abroad so that the Department of State can better assist you in an emergency. Registration is recommended and provided by going to https://step.state.gov/step/.

BY BOOKING TRAVEL TO PARTICULAR DESTINATIONS, WANDERFUL TRAVEL AWAITS DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH POINTS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR COSTS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS. CUSTOMER’S PARTICIPATION CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH EVENTS AT CUSTOMER’S OWN RISK.

You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to make travel bookings with Wanderful Travel Awaits by any means, including our Web site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your travel bookings (as well as for use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you). You agree to supervise all usage of Wanderful Travel Awaits communications by minors under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household transacting business with Wanderful Travel Awaits is true and accurate. Without limitation, any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. You agree that the travel services reservations facilities provided by Wanderful Travel Awaits shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act.

Separate supplier terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by Wanderful Travel Awaits and any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier’s rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You understand that any violation of any such supplier’s conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase, in your being denied access to any flights, hotels, cruises, or automobiles, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase, and in Wanderful Travel Awaits debiting your account for any costs Wanderful Travel Awaits incurs as a result of such violation. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of your travel bookings through access provided by Wanderful Travel Awaits.

If you decide to change any portion of your confirmed arrangements prior to departure or during your trip, we will attempt to assist you. Certain bookings may not be able to be changed. Administrative charges of $15 or more per change/per person are advised at time of booking, provided to you upon confirmation, and depend upon circumstances of the request. All desired changes must be made in writing to Wanderful Travel Awaits via email at wanderfultravelawaits@gmail.com.

Each Customer is responsible to make absolutely certain to have the proper immunizations and required documentation of such immunizations before travel, and to make the necessary accommodation for security rules imposed by government authorities. Wanderful Travel Awaits shall not assume responsibility for the accuracy of health requirements or vaccination and/or documentation prior to departure or upon landing at the final destination. See your health practitioner for advice. Prior to travel, required inoculations, if any, must be recorded by Customer’s health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate, which the Customer must carry for proof of inoculation where required. If you are concerned about taking any medications or receiving certain inoculations, check with your health practitioner BEFORE booking.

Check the USA State Department Web site http://travel.state.gov, for relevant information relating to travel to specific destinations, and the USA Centers for Disease Control http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/ relating to health issues. For further information relating to security, safety issues, crime, the need for travel documentation (such as passports, visas, proof of health/vaccination certificates), health hazards, and other restrictions regarding travel to your domestic and/or international destination(s), and re-entry into the United States visit www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov.us, www.ustreas.gov, www.cbp.gov on a regular basis for information regarding incidence of disease, terrorism, safety issues, crime, the need for travel documentation (such as passports, visas, proof of health/vaccination certificates), health hazards, and other restrictions regarding travel to your domestic and/or international destination(s), and re-entry into the United States especially your embassy and http://www.uscis.gov/ for non-USA citizens. (Customer is responsible to make Wanderful Travel Awaits aware when traveling on a passport from a country other than the USA.) Wanderful Travel Awaits neither controls nor warrants the issuance of visas related to applicable travel. Should a visa not be issued, Wanderful Travel Awaits is not responsible for lost payments made toward the contemplated trip. Please note that USA rules regarding entry and exit change on a daily basis. When travelling domestically or internationally, the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) advise that everyone carry at least two forms of acceptable identification found http://www.tsa.gov/traveler-information/acceptable-ids. Examples: DHS-designated enhanced driver’s license, USA Passport, a foreign government passport.

USA federal law prohibits passengers from bringing hazardous materials on the aircraft. (1) USA federal law forbids the carriage of hazardous materials aboard aircraft in the passenger’s luggage or on the passenger’s person. A violation can result in five years’ imprisonment and penalties of $250,000 or more (49 U.S.C. 5124). Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids and solids, oxidizers, poisons, corrosives and radio- active materials. Examples: Paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gases, oxygen bottles, and radio-pharmaceuticals. (2) There are special exceptions for small quantities (up to 70 ounces total) of medicinal and toilet articles carried in the passenger’s luggage and certain smoking materials carried on the passenger’s person. For further information, each passenger should contact the relevant air line representative(s) on their itinerary. Wanderful Travel Awaits acts solely as a booking agent for independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services (“supplier(s)”), and is not the source or provider of the travel services. Each of these supplier companies is an independent entity with its own management, and is not subject to the control of Wanderful Travel Awaits. Customer is advised that the suppliers whose names appear in travel documentation are those actually responsible for providing the travel services purchased, and consents to the use of those suppliers, and understands and agrees each supplier’s Terms and Conditions are contained in printed form and are set forth on their respective Web sites, which govern the transaction. All bookings are accepted by Wanderful Travel Awaits as agent for the travel suppliers on your itinerary. The transportation, accommodations and other services provided by the identified sea, ground, and air operator suppliers offered are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the tickets, exchange orders or vouchers issued by them and/or their suppliers, including Terms and Conditions on their respective Web sites. BECAUSE WANDERFUL TRAVEL AWAITS ACTS AS AGENT FOR DISCLOSED PRINCIPAL SUPPLIERS, AND DOES NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO CONTROL THE OPERATIONS OF SUCH INDEPENDENT OPERATORS AND SUPPLIERS, YOU AGREE WANDERFUL TRAVEL AWAITS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF THESE SERVICES. WANDERFUL TRAVEL AWAITS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES, IN CONNECTION WITH THE GOODS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY ANY PRINCIPAL SUPPLIER BOOKING THROUGH WANDERFUL TRAVEL AWAITS OFFICE OR THROUGH THIS WEB SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LIABILITY FOR ANY ACT, ERROR, OMISSION, INJURY, LOSS, ACCIDENT, DELAY OR IRREGULARITY WHICH MAY BE INCURRED THROUGH THE FAULT, NEGLIGENCE, WILFUL ACTS, OMISSIONS OR OTHERWISE OF SUCH SUPPLIER, OR OF ANY SUPPLIER OR THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SERVANTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THEIR FAILURE TO DELIVER OR THEIR PARTIAL OR INADEQUATE DELIVERY OF SERVICES, FUEL INCREASES, AND OTHER MATTERS OUTSIDE OF WANDERFUL TRAVEL AWAITS CONTROL, AND YOU HEREBY EXONERATE WANDERFUL TRAVEL AWAITS FROM ANY LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE SAME.

Weather conditions, including but not limited to the presence or absence of snow, sunshine, and rainfall are not guaranteed to occur or not occur, and are clearly outside of Wanderful Travel Awaits control. Volcanic eruptions, ash clouds, and wind may be characterized as an adverse weather condition or a natural disaster by suppliers and your travel insurance company, which is beyond the control of Wanderful Travel Awaits. Wanderful Travel Awaits reserves the right to cancel any itinerary or any part of it, to make such alterations in the itinerary as it deems necessary, and to refuse to accept or to retain as a member of any tour any person at any time. Wanderful Travel Awaits shall not assume any responsibility for any air and/or ground schedule changes. Wanderful Travel Awaits has solely received fees for travel transactions and Customer agrees and understands that any recovery from Wanderful Travel Awaits will be limited to the fees paid by Customer actually received by Wanderful Travel Awaits.

“Force Majeure” means, in relation to Wanderful Travel Awaits, any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Wanderful Travel Awaits, (including, but without limitation, acts of God, explosion, flood, tempest, forceful wind, fire or accident, war or threat of war declared or undeclared, acts of terrorism, sabotage, insurrection, riots, strikes, civil disturbance, requisition, sickness, quarantine, government intervention, weather conditions, defects in machinery and vehicles, delay, wildlife, or other untoward occurrences).

Wanderful Travel Awaits shall not be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise be liable to you, by reason of delay in performance, or by non-performance, of any of its obligations hereunder to the extent that any such delay or non-performance is due to any Force Majeure. THE PURCHASE OF TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ON ALL TRIPS.

If Wanderful Travel Awaits, and/or any of its travel suppliers, are affected by Force Majeure, they shall be entitled to, and may in their sole and absolute discretion, vary or cancel any itinerary or arrangement in relation to the trip. Payment of any refund by Wanderful Travel Awaits to you as a result of the non-performance of any obligations hereunder shall remain in its sole and absolute discretion, although Wanderful Travel Awaits shall use its reasonable efforts to reimburse you where possible. However, Wanderful Travel Awaits shall be entitled to deduct from any refund recoverable the reasonable actual and potential costs to Wanderful Travel Awaits of the Force Majeure and applicable cancellation fees.

Regarding civil unrest, once Wanderful Travel Awaits has investigated the prevailing situation, as it deems fit, it shall remain in Wanderful Travel Awaits sole and absolute discretion whether to proceed with the trip. You may in such circumstances cancel the trip subject to Wanderful Travel Awaits and each supplier’s terms and conditions.

Wanderful Travel Awaits strongly recommends you purchase travel insurance, this can help protect you from financial loss. Wanderful Travel Awaits is not responsible for cancellation, emergency evacuation, accidents abroad, illness, lost luggage, flight mishaps, weather conditions, volcanic eruptions and thus recommends that you purchase available insurance coverage at an additional charge. Wanderful Travel Awaits recommends you purchase the following types of insurance:

• Trip Cancellation

• Trip Interruption

• Emergency Medical Expenses

• Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation of Remains

• Trip Delay

• Baggage & Personal Effects

• Baggage Delay and more

If you choose not to or fail to purchase travel insurance, you are fully responsible for any costs related to the cancellation or delay of your trip. Refunds are not possible for any reason, so please protect your travel investment with travel insurance. Comprehensive travel insurance benefits may include trip cancellation, interruption, travel delay, lost baggage, worldwide health & medical coverage, emergency medical evacuation, hurricane protection, and more.

By visiting our website, signing supplied client information sheets and/or booking any service, you agree that you have read Wanderful Travel Awaits travel protection recommendations. You fully understand that travel protection is your decision and responsibility.

Alterations in itinerary may be necessitated for any number of reasons, including but not limited to severe weather at the sole discretion of Wanderful Travel Awaits and subject to supplier terms and conditions. If a property, supplier, activity, or area is deleted for any reason, it may be replaced with a comparable one.

Consultation Fee: Wanderful Travel Awaits charges a fee to begin research, planning and packaging travel services. Our current fees can be found on our website and are subject to change at any time without notice. Additional fees may apply for excess research and/or planning.

Forms of Payment: Wanderful Travel Awaits accepts Debit Cards, Credit Cards, in some cases Personal Checks and Business Checks. The “Total Charges” that you will pay for using our services will always be disclosed to you before you are asked for final payment. Additional fees may apply if altering or canceling bookings.

Cancellation Fees: You are responsible for any cancellation fees that occur should you decide to cancel your trip. Along with cancellation fees charged by Wanderful Travel Awaits, our vendors and/or suppliers may also impose a cancellation fee. If the cancellation fee is above and beyond that amount you have paid into your trip at the time of your cancellation, Wanderful Travel Awaits will invoice and charge any card on file for the balance due to cover all cancellation fees.

Refunds: We do not offer or pay any refund for any of our services once payment is received. There is a 100 % penalty for a NO SHOW on any services we book, regardless of the terms of the specific vendor or supplier. If you have paid in full, and then cancel more than 90 days prior to departure we will do our best to get any refundable amount credited or returned to you from our vendors and/or suppliers, but we cannot guarantee a refund.

By paying a consultation fee, placing your deposit for travel, or paying for our services in any way, you agree that you have read and understand Wanderful Travel Awaits no refund policy.

Chargeback Policy: If you have a complaint about any service we provide, please contact us first. Customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we strive to stand behind our products and services that we sell. We will make every attempt to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the services we’ve provided you. Wanderful Travel Awaits considers credit card chargebacks to be fraud if you made no reasonable effort to notify us that a problem existed, or to resolve or clarify a situation or matter. You agree that you will not chargeback any amounts charged to your credit card by Wanderful Travel Awaits or its vendors and/or suppliers. If you chargeback a credit card charge for a payment initiated by you, you agree that we may recover the amount of the chargeback, as well as the chargeback fee of $150 by any means we deem necessary.

Exchange Rate: In the event of a currency exchange fluctuations between the Dollar and the destination currency, Wanderful Travel Awaits reserves the right to adjust accordingly the cost of the “trip” or “trips”. Your currency exchange rate is not locked until final payment.

Special Needs: If you have special needs (e.g., wheelchair accessible room) you must tell your Travel Consultant in advance and verify that special needs can be met. So long as you give advance notice before paying your deposit, your accommodation reservation will be refunded, canceled or modified if special handicapped needs cannot be met.

Disabilities: Any preexisting physical, mental or emotional disability that may require attention or treatment must be reported in writing prior to the beginning of travel planning.

A medical release form may be required to participate in adventure programs and other programs involving physical exertion offered by Wanderful Travel Awaits. This is noted in the description of such trips.

Age of Travelers: All suppliers have a different age requirement for booking and check-in. In most cases, there must be at least 1 (one) guest 21 years of age or older, in each room and during a service.

Frequent Traveler Points: Wanderful Travel Awaits will do their best to utilize Frequent traveler points, upgrades, certificate vouchers and other discounts or incentives you may have.

Service Issues: Proper protocol must be followed to report any issues. Failure to do so will eliminate our ability to properly handle the issue, and Wanderful Travel Awaits will not be held responsible for any loss that occurs due to the issue.

Issue Protocol: If you experience an issue with a service or tour, you must first contact the number or numbers of the service provider listed on your voucher, itinerary or other documentation. If you are unable to reach someone at the numbers provided, you must call the emergency number of the country you are visiting and of the service provider. If you are unable to reach someone at that number, you must then contact the USA office. If it is after hours, you must call the USA emergency number. Once you have reached the service provider, you must fully explain the issue and provide them with a contact number to reach you. If the issue is not resolved to your liking, you must call our office to inform us of the issue. If our office is not contacted, we will not be able to assist you with your issue, and we will be unable to offer a resolution that is speedy and fair.

If you experience an issue with a hotel or other overnight accommodation, you must first contact the property manager to see if the issue can be resolved at the property. If not, please follow the protocol for service or tour issues.

Complaints: Should any complaints arise with regards to any services, accommodations or tours, the matter must be promptly reported by the guest to the tour leader if on a tour, to the hotel AND directly to Wanderful Travel Awaits. Wanderful Travel Awaits will supply you with local and international numbers for any problems that arise. All complaints will be dealt with fairly and without delays. The guest must notify Wanderful Travel Awaits within 12 hours of any issues during the period of their stay in order for Wanderful Travel Awaits to take immediate action so as to solve the matter during your stay. Wanderful Travel Awaits and its subsidiaries will not be held responsible for any complaints received after the fact or after you have departed from the hotel, villa or service which the complaint applies. If Wanderful Travel Awaits is not immediately notified and we are not given the opportunity to correct the problem we cannot be held responsible.

If you choose to have Wanderful Travel Awaits assist and/or book your air travel, you are responsible for fully reviewing the booking and letting WTA know within 8 hours of any errors in names, dates, etc. If you do not do so and an error is found, even if the mistake was that of WTA’s, you will be fully responsible for the cost of any changes necessary to make your ticket valid and usable for the party intended.

In addition, the following terms and conditions apply to Wanderful Travel Awaits booking your airline services:

1. All tickets are non-refundable, non-endorsable and non-changeable. Credit will not be given for any unused airline tickets and cannot be used toward any future purchases unless certain standards are met;

2. Once an airline ticket is purchased, it cannot be modified by Wanderful Travel Awaits;

3. All airline tickets will be subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing supplier or airline;

4. Airfare research and bookings are subject to an additional fee beyond the deposit and/or consultation fee paid to Wanderful Travel Awaits.

Wanderful Travel Awaits shall not assume any responsibility for any air and/or ground schedule changes. In rare instances, upon departure from a country, certain departure taxes must be paid in cash only, and may vary in price. Due to enhanced security, it is strongly recommended that you check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time for international flights. Reconfirm flight times at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time for domestic flights, and 72 hours prior for international flights. Failure to use a reservation may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return flights, as well as forfeiture of airfares.

Accommodations and services made available through Wanderful Travel Awaits website or offices are subject to the disclosed terms and conditions.

All accommodation reservations are guaranteed for double occupancy (one double bed or two twin beds unless you have requested otherwise). Other reservations for apartments, villas, etc. will list the services booked on the voucher issued and/or details provided on your final itinerary. Wanderful Travel Awaits requests that our accommodation suppliers provide non-smoking rooms. However, room assignments are based on availability and are at the accommodation’s discretion. We cannot guarantee a non-smoking room, nor can we guarantee you will have one bed or two. If you have special requests (such as smoking room, pet accommodations, type of bedding, connecting rooms, view, floor location, etc.), you must call the accommodation and verify that special requests can be met after your reservation is confirmed. Wanderful Travel Awaits makes no guarantee that special requests will be met. An accommodation reservation cannot be refunded, canceled or modified on the basis that a special request was not (or could not be) met by the accommodation.

Late Arrival and Failure to Check-in on First Night: If you are going to be delayed, cannot meet your transfer or find that you cannot check in to your accommodation on the date and time you requested, you must contact the accommodation and any other service providers affected to let them know. If you fail to check in to your accommodation on the day of your reservation and do not alert the accommodation or the service provider, the remaining portion of your reservation will be canceled and you will not be entitled to a refund.

The following terms and conditions will apply to rental car requests made:

1. Wanderful Travel Awaits rental car reservations are non-changeable, non-endorsable, non-transferable and non-refundable to or by you unless otherwise stated.

2. Valid Driver’s License AND credit card or, in the rental car company’s discretion, debit card, which is consistent with the transactional details provided to Wanderful Travel Awaits, must be presented when a vehicle is picked-up at the designated location;

3. When picking up the vehicle, a credit card or, in the rental car company’s discretion, debit card, will be required to pay for any additional ancillary charges (including insurance, child seats, gas, etc.). Debit cards may not be accepted;

4. Wanderful Travel Awaits does NOT provide rental car insurance. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to determine the applicability and eligibility of any pre-existing insurance coverage. Wanderful Travel Awaits car rental suppliers generally offer several insurance alternatives as an incremental and completely distinct transaction, which the customer can purchase at the time of pick-up. In some instances, it may be possible to purchase rental car insurance at the time of booking your services. If this is desired, please inquire.

5. All rentals will include time and mileage only and are subject to road tax and other charges as per terms of the rental car company including toll fees.

6. Express service and loyalty programs (frequent flyer points, frequent rental points, etc.) may not be applicable to Wanderful Travel Awaits rentals, but please inquire.

Vacation packages available through Wanderful Travel Awaits will be subject to the published conditions of carriage and, as appropriate, rules of the applicable airline, accommodation, car rental company, or attractions and services provider. The following terms and conditions will apply:

1. Any package including an airline ticket purchase is subject to the terms and conditions listed in the Airline Service section;

2. Any package including an accommodation purchase is subject to the terms and conditions listed in the Accommodation section;

3. Any package including a car rental purchase is subject to the terms and conditions listed in the Car Rental section above; and

4. Any package including a tour or attraction purchase is subject to the Terms and Conditions listed in this Terms and Conditions document and is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the tour and attraction provider.

As of February 06, 2012, DOT regulations require that we post the following to our Terms & Conditions for vacation packages that include airfare:

1. Fees and taxes that you may be charged during your trip that are not included in the vacation package price given;

2. Any hotel taxes that will be charged upon check-in or check-out (e.g. local city hotel tax);

3. Baggage fees for airfare;

4. Taxes for airfare (changes in taxes after you have purchased your ticket);

5. Other fees for airfare not included in your initial vacation package purchase.

Wanderful Travel Awaits and all of its partners, suppliers, subsidiaries and affiliates, make every effort to honor the package price quoted originally, however; under certain circumstances your price may be subject to increase prior to full payment due to an increase in the cost for one or more of the travel components of your package. By booking through Wanderful Travel Awaits and/or a subsidiary thereof, you expressly acknowledge your acceptance of these conditions applicable to your purchase.
