First, complete the Travel Interest Questionnaire, which will give me the information we need to get started.

Based on our consultation call, I will work with my travel partners to build a proposal that I believe will be a great fit for you. You will have complete control and I will tailor your vacation to fit your interests and needs. You will have the opportunity to review and approve during this step.

Once you have approved what we’ve created together, I will send you an invoice and we’ll book your travel - accommodations, transportation, insurance, activities and more. In most cases, a deposit is required, though in some cases (usually last-minute travel) you may need to pay the amount in full at the time of booking.

Between booking your trip and your departure date, I will be working on your trip management, with final payments, detailed itinerary planning, a packing list, document prep and more. During this time, I’ll contact you for questions about your preferences, payment reminders and decision deadlines.

Now it’s time to relax and enjoy your trip! Should you need any assistance during your trip - I’m only a text or an email away.

The Platinum Package is for Independent Travelers that request a custom, detailed itinerary. This type of travel planning is tedious and requires multiple hours/days of research. Independent and self-guided travel typically includes multiple destinations, modes of transportation & tours/activities. Consultation
We will discuss your interests, trip expectations and overall details about your upcoming trip.

Travel Advice
We will discuss advice on accommodations, restaurants, travel insurance, packing tips, activities, transportation and much more.

Written Hour-by-Hour Itinerary
I will research and provide you with a custom, detailed hour-by-hour itinerary for you and your entire travel party for the length of your vacation. The itinerary will include recommendations for lodging, restaurants, activities, transportation and more. This will be very detailed with hyperlinks included for ease of use/reference during your vacation.

Reservations/Bookings
I will handle all reservations and bookings for your trip. Your written itinerary will include specific information regarding each reservation made. Examples of reservations include, but are not limited to: Hotels, Airbnbs, Rental Cars, Airline Tickets, Concert Tickets, Excursions, Activities, Other Transportation, Restaurant Reservations and much more.

Number of Travelers
Additional research is involved with larger parties. My pricing is for up to 5 travelers. Additional travelers will require an additional fee per person.

Deposit
A deposit is required for this custom package. The deposit is to protect my time spent researching and planning your vacation in the unfortunate event you decide not to use my service.
The deposit will be credited towards the total balance of the professional planning fee.

Detailed Maps/Directions
Your itinerary will include driving routes and links to Google Maps for directions. If you’re going “off the beaten path”, I will also include directions to trailheads, river access and more.
U.S. Based Trip (Domestic Travel)
Professional Planning Fee (Non-Refundable/Due within 30 days of travel/Based on Length of Trip):
$20/Day
Deposit - $75.00 - deducted from the final amount due

International Trip
