Terms and Conditions for Giving Ladies Grace Getaways/Wanderful Travel Awaits

1. Booking & Confirmation

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email once the deposit is received.

1.2. A deposit of 15% (or a specified amount) of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid maximum 60 days before departure.

1.3. The lead name of the booking agrees responsibility for all other bookings on the same account. I.e. groups of friends book together, The lead name on the booking is responsible for completing the guest list for all individuals in the group and agreeing to these terms on their behalf.

2. Pricing & Payment

2.1. Prices listed are per person and include accommodation, transport, and scheduled activities as specified in the itinerary.

2.2. Payments can be made via online card payment methods. Any fees associated with international transfers are the responsibility of the customer.

2.3. Wanderful Travel Awaits reserves the right to adjust pricing in case of unforeseen circumstances such as exchange rate fluctuations, changes in government taxes, or fuel surcharges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1. Each individual itinerary is subject to the suppliers cancellation & refund policy. The policy will be on all booking & itinerary documents.

3.2. If Wanderful Travel Awaits cancels a trip for any reason, a full refund will be provided or an alternative trip option offered.

3.6. Cancellations must be made by providing guest name, booking reference and trip information to wanderfultravelawaits@gmail.com. Allow a minimum of 5 days for refund to be acknowledged by Wanderful Travel Awaits. Cancellation is not confirmed until acknowledged by us.

4. Changes to Itinerary

4.1. Wanderful Travel Awaits (and it's Suppliers) reserves the right to modify the itinerary in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, local issues, supplier issues).

4.2. Any significant changes will be communicated as early as possible, and we will make every effort to ensure a suitable alternative is provided.

5. Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a trip if:

- Adverse weather or other safety concerns make it infeasible.

- We reasonably believe you may cause harm to our reputation, our suppliers, or their property.

- A supplier becomes unavailable.

- Changes to the booking make it uneconomical.

If the entire trip is canceled, we will either refund the amount paid or offer an alternative date.

6. Travel Insurance

6.1. All participants are required to have personal travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability and all activities listed in the itinerary.

6.2. Wanderful Travel Awaits is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage during the trip.

6.3. Failure to provide adequate travel insurance will result in termination of your trip without a refund.

6.4. We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking flights.

7. Responsibilities & Liability

7.1. Wanderful Travel Awaits is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage that may arise from events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics).

7.2. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (e.g., passport, visa). Wanderful Travel Awaits is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to lack of documentation.

7.3. Wanderful Travel Awaits is not liable for any mistakes or negligence made by suppliers. Wanderful Travel Awaits will provide direct contacts to discuss issues directly with suppliers.

8. Tour Safety

8.1. Activity Safety

Wanderful Travel Awaits takes every precaution to ensure that all activities during the trip are conducted with the highest safety standards in place. We partner with reputable suppliers and ensure that equipment and activities are regularly inspected for safety compliance. However, it is the responsibility of each guest to follow the instructions and guidance provided by our guides and suppliers during all organized activities.

8.2. Personal Responsibility During Free Time

During any free time or self-guided activities, the safety and well-being of the guest is their own responsibility. We strongly advise guests to follow any guidance or warnings given by Wanderful Travel Awaits or local authorities. If a guest chooses to disregard our safety recommendations, Wanderful Travel Awaits cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or incident that may occur as a result.

8.3. Alcohol and Drug Policy

Wanderful Travel Awaits operates a strict **no drug tolerance policy** during all trips and activities. The use of illegal substances will result in immediate removal from the trip without a refund. Guests are also advised to drink alcohol responsibly and avoid excessive consumption, especially before participating in any activities. Intoxication during activities could endanger both the individual and other guests, and Wanderful Travel Awaits reserves the right to exclude anyone from activities if safety is compromised.

9. Accommodation & Meals

9.1. Accommodation details will be confirmed once the full payment is paid.

9.2. Breakfast is included daily. The type of breakfast provided (hot or cold) will be confirmed upon arrival.

9.3. Meals at restaurants may require pre-ordering. If not completed, we hold no liability for delays or missed meals. Special dietary requests will be considered but are not guaranteed

9.4. Dietary requirements, allergies and intolerances will be considered but not always guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the guest to check food allergies beforehand.

9.5. Illnesses that occur from eating local food, or food provided by suppliers is not the responsibility of Wanderful Travel Awaits.

9.6. Shared Accommodation

As part of our budget-friendly trips, guests will be expected to share rooms and facilities with other participants of the trip. Room allocations are made randomly, and the type of room assigned may vary between different trips. This includes the possibility of being placed in shared rooms with twin beds, double beds, or fold-out beds as needed. The specific room type (such as en-suite or sea view) cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate any requests where possible. If you have a roommate joining you on the trip, you will be placed in the same room.

9.7. Room Change Requests

In the event that a guest wishes to change their room allocation for any reason (for example, due to a conflict with a roommate), we will make every effort to reassign their accommodation as soon as possible. Guests should raise their request directly with Wanderful Travel Awaits staff or the on-site host/guide via WhatsApp or in person.

10. Behavioral Expectations

10.1. Wanderful Travel Awaits promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Disrespectful, dangerous or inappropriate behavior towards fellow participants, staff, or locals will not be tolerated and could result in immediate termination of your trip.

10.2. If guests are found to be disrespectful, dangerous or inappropriate, Wanderful Travel Awaits reserves the right to remove the individual from the group with immediate effect and seize providing any further assistance. No refunds will be given in this instance.

10.3. Wanderful Travel Awaits reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip without refund if their behavior negatively impacts the experience of others.

10.4. Any damages caused by guests will be compensated by the individual. Guests will be expected to cover any and all damages.

11. Force Majeure

11.1. Wanderful Travel Awaits is not responsible for any delays, changes, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions). Refunds cannot always be guaranteed.

12. Customer Feedback

12.1.If you encounter any issues during the trip, you must notify the appropriate party (e.g., accommodation or activity provider) as soon as possible. If unresolved, you must submit a complaint in writing to us (wanderfultravelawaits@gmail.com) within 7 days of the trip's conclusion. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and address it as quickly as possible.

13. Privacy Policy

13.1. Wanderful Travel Awaits respects your privacy and will not share personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required for the execution of the trip (e.g., hotels, transport providers). By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to Wanderful Travel Awaits sharing your information with our suppliers such as hotels and transport providers.

13.2. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to have your details on our mailing list for future trips, unless you choose to unsubscribe from the list at any time.

14. Governing Law

14.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States of America.

15. Waiver

15.1. Participants must sign a waiver before the trip. Failure to do so will result in the trip being canceled without refund.

16. Changes to Terms

16.1. Wanderful Travel Awaits reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Any changes will apply to all bookings moving forward.
